Being an Austin Newborn Photographer definitely keeps me busy, but what’s one more thing? So, I’m going to do personal daily photography project!! 🙂 I will tell you, it’s been HARD to remember to take these pictures.
If you want to follow along or guess what might be coming up next here’s the link to the challenge I am following! http://bethadilly.com/the-bethadilly-challenge-january-2016-prompt-list/
January 1 – Basically, this is just “me” – plain and simple. I shot this in my living room, while my hubby was playing video games on the couch after the kids went to bed. I set up my speed light on my kitchen bar and used my phone as a remote trigger. I wanted to black out the background to hide all of the clutter behind me, I did about 90% of that in camera, which was nice!
January 2 – Brownie is our sweet new rescue, I caught him chewing a rawhide under the kitchen table and thought this was as “simple” as it gets – just a dog and his bone.
January 3 – I had a vision, get the kids to bed, make myself some chai tea and sit under the blanket in front of the fire – “warm”.
January 4 – The weather has been crazy and caused my roses to bloom in the fall, I thought the “morning light” would be the best time to capture my pretty roses before the coldness of January and February do them in.
January 6 – I had a goal take this my photo this day in the sunlight! This sweet guy is my first born, the “one” who made me a Mommy.
January 7 – The sky was just beautiful when I took this shot, I thought the trees down our street were a great way to showcase those pretty clouds.
January 8 – Honestly, I totally took the kids to the park with this photo in mind. I wanted to shoot something that was “down” the leash of the pups, but when this photo came to me I knew it was going to turn out better than I ever expected. So far, it’s my favorite of the series.
January 9 – I shot this right before my session on a blisteringly cold afternoon, but luckily “my workspace” warmed us right up! (Well, not really, but the peacocks are cool none the less.)
